What We Offer

This page is to explain the support we offer young people for when they leave care as some staff understand the struggles of leaving care and want to reach out and support others.

We will hold meetings via Microsoft teams which will be at the end of each month.

We Also Hold Events over the Months to help Care Leavers and Young People to Make new Friends and find new things and hobbies to do

We offer 1-1 support this can be on a zoom call/ Microsoft teams or face to face depending on which area you live in. We also offer a group support for each topic which will fit specific needs or requirements, this will also be held over zoom or Microsoft teams.
